We are looking forward to working with you to support your student's learning and development.
 
When we set up Talkshop Speech Pathology, we wanted to make sure that we supported the local community, in particular, you the teachers in your job in providing teaching and learning to the students in your care. So, for every new speech pathologist in our team, we set up a new Speech Pathology Sponsorship Program with a local school to sponsor 1 child per term with a comprehensive speech pathology assessment and a term of weekly therapy.

We remain seperate from the nomination process and allow the teaching staff of each school to freely nominate a student each term. We will see any child with any speech, language, literacy, voice, fluency, or social communication concern. 

You have this form because you have nominated a student in your class for next term's sponsorship program.
